TRANSFORMING LGBTQ RECOVERY SUPPORT

bkgrndstripes
Drug use and abuse have a much more severe impact on the LGBTQ+ community than on their heterosexual counterparts.

While the rates of addiction are substantially higher in the LGBTQ+ community, the number of individuals receiving treatment is much lower.

According to the National Health Survey, only 8.4% of LGBTQ+ individuals with substance use disorders received treatment in 2019.

Do you want to make a real difference
and be a true LGBTQ+ Ally?

Here's how you can help:

Over The Rainbow Project has created a professional development course designed to provide specialized training to ensure Recovery Coaches and other professionals can offer informed, compassionate, and effective support to LGBTQ+ clients.

Partcipants who complete this course will receive 10 CEU's and a digital certificate of completion.
